Mary Zaychuk

MRS. MARY ZAYCHUK of Lethbridge, beloved wife of the late Mr. Jack Zaychuk, passed away peacefully at the Chinook Regional Hospital on Thursday, February 4, 2010, at the age of 81 years.

Mary is survived by her sons Gary (Penny) Zaychuk of Cochrane, Wayne (Shannon) Zaychuk of Priddis; grandchildren Cassie and Terra.

Besides her loving husband Jack, Mary was predeceased by her sister Alex Moroziuk

A PRIVATE FAMILY Memorial Service will be held on Saturday, February 13, 2010, at the MARTIN BROS. CHAPEL OF PEACE, in Mountain View Cemetery, Scenic Drive South, Lethbridge, Alberta, with Valerie Martell-Kostiuk, officiating. Interment will take place in the Mountain View Cemetery.

Friends are invited to join the family for a time of fellowship and refreshments at 3:00pm, on Saturday, February 13, 2010 at the RIVER RIDGE CONDOMINIUMS, 3RD floor, 100 - 2 Avenue South, Lethbridge, Alberta.
