Mary Doughty

MRS. MARY DOUGHTY of Lethbridge, beloved wife of the late Mr. Robert Allan Doughty, passed away on Monday, July 28, 2008 at the age of 89 years.

Mary is survived by her daughter Sharon (Peter) McDermid and Sandra (James) Moore; daughter-in-law Maryanne Doughty; granddaughters Karen Ann (Eric) Miles and Catharine (Randy) Gettman; grandsons Christopher Doughty, Robert (Lee Ann) Doughty, Joseph (Isadora) McDermid, Peter (Sylvia) McDermid and Thomas Brett Moore (Karin); 5 great-granddaughters; 2 great-grandsons; brothers and sisters Leonard Brown, Cora Stobee, Cecil Brown, Thomas (Edna) Brown, Joe (Mary) Brown, Roy (Toni) Brown and Allen Brown; as well as numerous nieces, nephews and their families.

Besides her beloved husband Robert, Mary was predeceased by her son Robert Gordon William Doughty; parents Gordon and Mabel Brown sister Doreen Cooke; brothers Garnet, Walter and Arthur Brown.

A Service of Remembrance will be held at 1:00pm on Thursday, July 31, 2008 at MARTIN BROS. RIVERVIEW CHAPEL, 610 - 4 Street South, Lethbridge, with Reverend Elizabeth Brown officiating. Interment to follow in the Mountain View Cemetery.
