Marie Louise (Skip) Oseen

1941 ~ 2018

Everyone must die, but when you are loved as much as Skip was, it makes it particularly difficult for family and friends.

Marie Louise (Skip) Oseen passed away at the age of 76 in the Lethbridge Chinook Regional Hospital on July 1, 2018.

She was born November 9, 1941 in Lethbridge Alberta. She was raised in Vauxhall Alberta spending lots of time on the sheep ranch in Grantham. She enjoyed her grandchildren, gardening and various other hobbies. She married Bryan Oseen at the age of 18 on January 30, 1960. Together they had 3 sons: Kirk, Scott (Brenda), and Todd. She will be missed by her sister Pat (Larry), sister in law Shirley (Roy: deceased), her grandchildren Kristen, Brett, Jesse (Jenny), Amy (Dustin) and several nieces and nephews.

The family would like to thank Edith Cavell and Extendicare for the wonderful care. In lieu of donations, the family requests you send flowers to someone you love in honour of Skip. A Private Family Graveside Service will take place on Wednesday, July 4, 2018.

A Celebration of Skip’s life will be held at 2:00pm on Wednesday, July 4, 2018 at the NORLAND, 5801 – 1 Avenue S., Lethbridge, AB.
