Margaret McKay

Long-time Lethbridge resident MARGARET MARION (PEGGIE) McKAY, beloved wife of the late Murray McKay, passed away peacefully on January 26, 2010. Peggie is survived by her sons, Rod (Jean) of Calgary and Sandy (Carol) of Lethbridge, and her grandchildren, Kali (Stefan) and Alex.
She was born in Swift Current, Saskatchewan in 1918 and moved to Lethbridge with her husband Murray in 1944. She was a charter member of McKillop United Church and active in the church and the community for many years.

A Memorial Service will be held at 1:30 pm on Friday, January 29, 2010 at McKILLOP UNITED CHURCH, 2329 - 15th Avenue South, Lethbridge, with Reverend Cathy Coates and Reverend Trevor Potter, officiating. A private interment will precede the service.
