MRS. LORETTA MEILLEUR of Lethbridge, beloved wife of the late Mr. Joseph Eugene Donat Meilleur, passed away peacefully at the Lethbridge Regional Hospital on Sunday, April 13, 2008 at the age of 77 years. She was born on September 9, 1930 in Cornwall, Ontario.

Loretta was a loving mother to her five children and will be sadly missed by them, Joan Meilleur of Lethbridge, Jo-anne Meilleur of Calgary, Al (Andrea) Meilleur of Illinois, Monica (Roman) Fress of Lethbridge and Peter (Dianne) Meilleur of Calgary; granddaughters Tessa, Loretta Meilleur and Kayla Morgan Fress of Lethbridge; sisters Shirley (Bob) Lague and Isabel (Gerald) Waldroff of Ontario; her best friend Rose Fiesel and family, close friend Fran Bobinec and family, Elaine Stirling; as well as numerous nieces and nephews. Loretta was predeceased by her parents Tom and Emma Foster.

The family wishes to thank all the doctors and nurses that took very good care of our dear mother and who supported us with their kindness.

In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society, 317 - 10 Street South, Lethbridge, AB T1J 9Z9.

At Loretta's request there will be no services held.
