It is with profound sadness that we announce the passing of Lance Tiedemann, who passed away on July 21, 2026, at the age of 59.
Lance will be lovingly remembered and deeply missed by his sisters, Tracey (Edward Regnier) and Michele (Dan Fedun); his nephews, Scott Regnier and Cody Fedun; as well as his many extended family members, friends, and colleagues.
He was predeceased by his beloved parents, Marvin and Marilyn Tiedemann.
Following his graduation from high school, Lance began his career as a junior bylaw officer with the Town of Bonnyville. Before long, he pursued his lifelong dream of becoming a Conservation Officer; a career he embraced with dedication, integrity, and genuine passion. Throughout his years of service, Lance earned numerous certificates and awards that reflected his exceptional knowledge, professionalism, and commitment to his work. Among his proudest achievements was receiving a Life-Saving Award in recognition of his skilled use of first aid while courageously attempting to save a life.
Lance's family is incredibly proud of all he accomplished throughout his life and career. He will be remembered for his dedication, compassion, and unwavering commitment to helping others. His presence will be deeply missed by all who had the privilege of knowing him.
Cremation has been entrusted to Martin Brothers Funeral Chapels.
