Kim Gosnell of Lethbridge passed away at St. Therese Villa on Thursday, September 24, 2026, at the age of 71 years.
Kim Gosnell was born on June 8, 1955, in Medicine Hat, Alberta, and passed away peacefully on September 24, 2026.
She was the mother of her two sons, identical twins Clifford Gosnell and Michael Lanz, and Kim miscarried two twin girls. Although Kim did not have grandchildren, she was a “Grandma” to many cherished pets throughout the years, each of whom held a special place in her heart.
Kim was predeceased by her first husband, Dennis Lanz; her second husband, Kevin Gosnell; and her parents of Germany, who came to Canada 1 year before Kim's birth.
Kim is survived by her brother Harry, Karen, her sister, and (Alex) Karen's husband.
A lifelong animal lover, Kim shared a special bond with her beloved pets. Her dear cat, Dusty, along with the many animals she loved while growing up on the farm and throughout her life, brought her great companionship and joy. Her family takes comfort in imagining them together once again, waiting to welcome her at the Rainbow Bridge.
She will be missed and remembered by many people whose lives she touched.
The family would like to extend their heartfelt gratitude to the staff at St. Teresa Villa for the exceptional care, kindness, compassion, and dignity they provided to Kim.
Kim’s memory will live on in the hearts of those who knew and loved her. She will be greatly missed and forever lovingly remembered.
