Ken Kultgen

MR. KEN KULTGEN of Foremost, beloved husband of Mrs. Madeline for 59 years, passed away on Monday, November 5, 2007 at the age of 79 years.

Ken is survived by four children Colleen Kultgen, Phill (Dennis Schott) Kultgen, Ken (Kim) Kultgen and Marcell (Randy) Warnock; eleven grandchildren Scott (Marlene) Kultgen, Stacey (Cheryl) Kultgen, Jaclyn (Andrew) Geddes, Chris Fobert, Nicole Fobert, Samantha Fobert, Danielle Fobert, Sarah Kultgen, Josh Kultgen, Jenna Kultgen and Paula Kultgen; eight great-grandchildren; four step-grandchildren; two step-great-grandchildren; his sister Monica (Art) Trace; sister-in-law Margaret Kultgen; as well as numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.

Ken was predeceased by his son Cliff (Darlene) Kultgen; son Calvin Kultgen; parents Jacob and Pauline Kultgen; sister Barbara (Paul) Pilon and brother Ernie Kultgen.

Ken was born on March 1, 1928 in Lethbridge, AB. He was raised and lived his entire life farming in the Foremost area. Ken's passions in life were family, grain ranching, music, hunting and flying. He had a very patient, positive and encouraging way of sharing his wisdom. Ken may be best remembered for his musical talents entertaining at weddings and other functions over the years.

Prayers will be held at 7:30PM on Friday, November 9, 2007 at Our Lady of Perpetual Help Catholic Church, 203 - 2 Street West, Foremost, AB.

There will be a private family service and interment held. Relatives and friends are invited to meet with family at a come and go gathering between 3:30PM and 5:30PM on Saturday, November 10, 2007 at the Foremost Community Hall.
