Karen Young

KAREN YOUNG of Lethbridge, AB left this world peacefully to be with the Lord on Saturday, November 27, 2010 at the age of 69 years.

Karen was born and raised in Lethbridge. She moved to the United States, where she loved the warm climate of Arizona. She then relocated to California and started her family. Her family was her life and there was never a moment she was not there to extend her support and love. Karen had a passion for gardening, cooking and a fascination with archeology.

Karen is survived by her loving children, Laura (John) Juroszek - Joel; Mona (Roy) Tomlinson - Ashley, Derek T, Casey, Justin, Derek S; Susan (Sean) - Dezmond; son Rick (Tracy) Villa - Amy, Spencer; sister Linda (Allan) Brovold - Falon; sister-in-law Linda Young - David, Tyler, Jared and many cousins and treasured friends.

Karen was predeceased by her parents Steve and Alice Young, brother Gary Young and her loving cat Tigger.

You will be sadly missed, forever in our hearts.

A Memorial Service will be held at 10:30 am, on Saturday, December 4, 2010 at MARTIN BROS. RIVERVIEW CHAPEL, 610 - 4 St. S. Lethbridge AB, with Deacon Frank Peta, officiating.

Interment to follow in Mountain View Cemetery.
