Judith Desrosiers

MRS. JUDITH ANN (JUDY) DESROSIERS, beloved wife of the late Alfred Desrosiers and mother of the late Troy Desrosiers passed away at the Chinook Regional Hospital on Thursday, January 1, 2009 at the age of 66.

Judy was born on December 21, 1942 at the Galt Hospital and grew up in the McNally District where she attended school. She worked at the Municipal Hospital for 2 summers and then joined the RCAF where she met and married Al. While residing at CFB Namao in Edmonton, their son Troy was born and Judy retired from the Airforce to raise him. Upon Al's retirement from the Airforce, they moved to Lethbridge where she resided until her passing.

Judy was predeceased by her husband Al, son Troy, sister Barbara and father Walter.

She is survived by her mother Nora Dewhirst, brother Gord (Lynne) Dewhirst, and daughter-in-law Trish Campbell.

A Memorial Gathering will be held from 7:00pm until 9:00pm on Wednesday, January 7, 2009 at MARTIN BROS. RIVERVIEW CHAPEL, 610 - 4 St., S., Lethbridge, AB.

At Judy's request there will be no service. Her cremation will be followed by burial in the Military Field of Honour beside her husband Al.
