Aunt Liz enjoyed growing flowers and gardening, and belonged to a Bridge Club. She and Fred also enjoyed square dancing. Passions of Liz were knitting and petit point; she knitted countless socks, tuques, scarves, and vests for Fred and the family, and hundreds of squares for Blankets for Canada. Her home was adorned with beautiful petit point, creating an ambience of warmth and comfort.
