John Smith

It is with great sorrow that Tom and Mary (Moira) Smith announce the sudden passing of their beloved son JOHN MELVIN SMITH of Lethbridge on Saturday, June 23, 2007 at the young age of 37 years.

John was a dear and very proud father to Kevan and Ryan Smith of Lethbridge. Also left to grieve are his beloved two sisters Maureen (Henry) Bertrand of Taber and their children Sharon (Tracy) of Grand Prairie, Devon and Chelsey (Rick) of Taber and great nieces and nephews; Wilma (David) Lambert of Lethbridge and their children Vanessa (Mark) of Cochrane, Curtis (Tammy) of Lethbridge, Travis (Kandice) of Fort Macleod and Teagan of Lethbridge; also aunts, uncles and cousins from the United Kingdom.

John was employed for the past 19 years at the Lethbridge School District #51 and the latter years at Allan Watson School where he enjoyed the staff and students.

Family and friends are invited to pay their respects between 7:00PM and 8:00PM on Wednesday, June 27, 2007 at MARTIN BROS RIVERVIEW CHAPEL, 610 - 4 Street South, Lethbridge.

A Funeral Service will be held at 1:00PM on Thursday, June 28, 2007 at MARTIN BROS RIVERVIEW CHAPEL.
