John (Jack) Allen 1927 ~ 2014 John (Jack) Allen of Lethbridge, beloved husband of June Allen, passed away on November 4, 2014 at the age of 87 years. Jack belonged to the Lethbridge Flying Club, and had a private pilots license. In his younger years, Jack worked in construction. He then worked as a mechanic and earned his first class mechanics license and became the shop foreman for the City of Lethbridge. Jack drove truck for many years, and also played in a band. Besides his loving wife, Jack is survived by his sons Ward Allen and Lee (Sharon) Allen; his grandchildren Cheraya, Troy (Shelby) & Dwight; brothers Bill (Elaine), Bert (Marian). Jack was predeceased by his parents Dadid & Alma Allen, and his daughter Paddy. Jack will be sadly missed by his family and friends. A private family service will be held at a later date.
