It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of James Michael (Jim) Coulson.
Beloved husband of Irene Coulson (60th wedding anniversary Sept. 1, 2022). Father to Jackie Maerz (Terry), Christine Mykytiw (Murray), and Tony Coulson (Keri).
Grandfather to Kurtis Maerz (Megan), Alica Whalen (Jeff Jacober), Kirstie Maerz (Brett Mason), Mitch Mykytiw, Jordyn Mykytiw (Wacey Thielen), and Maddy Coulson.
Great grandfather to Sam, Jax, Gwenn, Hunter & Gracie. Honorary father to Merso and Mirela Osmanovic, and honorary grandfather to Kemal Osmanovic
Jim was an auto mechanic, appliance repair technician, motorcycle mechanic and fixer of all things. He moved his family from Leeds England to Taber, Alberta in 1975 by answering a help wanted ad in the newspaper.
Jim and Irene moved to Lethbridge in the early '90s where they resided for the last 30 years.
The family wishes to extend a special thanks to the palliative care team at St. Michaels in Lethbridge.
