Jessie Thomson

Jessie Aleata (Latham) Thomson of Lethbridge went peacefully to be with our Lord on Monday, September 23, 2013 at the age of 89 years.

Jessie was born in Shaunavon, Saskatchewan on September 28, 1923.

She is survived by her six children Dean (Rainey), Wesley (Nina), Bernice (Alan) Ramsden-Wood, Dale (Linda Popovitch), Steven (Peggy), and Ken (Mary-Ann); 13 grandchildren and 18 great-grandchildren. Jessie is also survived by her sister Mary Martin, brother Ted Johnson, Aunt Mary Brace and numerous nieces and nephews.

She was predeceased by her first husband Jack Latham, second husband Robert Thomson, her parents Cecil and Lillian Johnson and her older brother Clayton Thomson.

Jessie's passion in life was her faith and her family to which she gave with a generous heart. She will be remembered by all as a sweet and gracious lady who trusted our God to see her through life's trials.

Mom we love you and will miss you dearly but are happy you're finally where you want to be: with Jesus.

A Memorial Service will be held at 4:00pm on Saturday, September 28, 2013 at MARTIN BROTHERS RIVERVIEW CHAPEL, 610 4th Street South Lethbridge.
