MR. JERRY DOLBAK beloved husband of Mrs. Sophia Dolbak, passed away on January 2, 2007 at the age of 94 years.
Jerry was born in Warshawa, Poland on April 7, 1912. He is survived by his wife Sophie, daughter Jean Thompson, son George Dolbak, as well as many grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren.
Vigil Rites (Prayers) will be held at 7:00 P.M. on Friday, January 5, 2007, at MARTIN BROS. RIVERVIEW CHAPEL, 610-4th St. S., Lethbridge, AB.
A Funeral Mass will be celebrated at 10:00 A.M. on Saturday, January 6, 2007, at ST. BASIL'S CATHOLIC CHURCH, 604-13th St. N., Lethbridge, AB. Interment to follow in Mountain View Cemetery.
