Jeremy Lozano

MR. JEREMY JEAN LOZANO of Lethbridge, passed away at the Chinook Regional Hospital on Wednesday, July 27, 2011 at the age of 28 years.

Jeremy is the beloved brother of Jason and Kandis (and their children Tessa and Talon), Justin and Josh; grandson of Henny Haugen and Jeanne Lozano; special friend of Deb and Marvin; and son of Jean. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.

Jeremy was predeceased by his mother Jackie Lozano; grandfathers George Haugen and Cornelio Lozano.

A Celebration of Life Reception will be held from 5 to 7 pm on Wednesday, August 3, 2011 at MARTIN BROTHER RIVERVIEW CHAPEL 610 - 4th Street South, Lethbridge, Alberta.

A special thanks to Dr. Janzen and the nurses in the ICU at the Chinook Regional Hospital.

Donations may be brought to the funeral home for a Memorial award for a Special needs bowler at Holiday Bowl.
