Jeanne Lozano

MRS. JEANNE LOZANO of Lethbridge, beloved wife of the late Mr. Cornelio Lozano, passed away on Friday, March 29, 2013 at the age of 90 years.

Jeanne was born on September 25, 1922 in Bayonne in the Bas-Pyrenees (southwest of France). She immigrated to Canada in 1957. She then married the love of her life, Cornelio, on November 4, 1957. They moved to Onefour, Alberta and lived there for 28 years before retiring to Lethbridge in 1984.

Jeanne is survived by her son Jean-Claude along with grandsons, Jason (Kandis), Justin and Josh and great-grandchildren Tessa and Talon; her daughter Nicole (Keith) along with grandchildren Jeff and Michelle (Kelly); and special & dear friends John and Anne-Marie Stroeve.

Besides her loving husband Cornelio, Jeanne was predeceased by her daughter-in-law Jackie and grandson Jeremy.

She will be lovingly remembered by all those who knew her. Thanks to all the staff and residents at the Fairmont Extendicare for all their compassionate care and support.

A Memorial Service will be held at 2:00pm on Thursday, April 4, 2013 at MARTIN BROTHERS RIVERVIEW CHAPEL, 610-4th Street South, Lethbridge, with Deacon Ray Wagner, officiating. Inurnment to follow at Mountain View Cemetery.
