Jean Skeith

With great sadness, we announce the peaceful passing of Jean Allison Laughlin Skeith, beloved wife of the late Norman Skeith, on Wednesday, March 30, 2016 at the Chinook Regional Hospital, at the age of 87 years.

Mourning her passing are her two sons Terry (Delmarie), Tom (Rita) and daughter Jody (Curtis Stuckert); grandchildren Jason Chartrand (Tara Reimche), Jean (Tanya) Chartrand, Jamie Nichols, Jonathan (Charity) Skeith, Kayla Skeith (Kyle Ladouceur), Jessica (Rob) Peachment, Shawna (Peter) DeConti, Tammy (Curtis) Andreotti; 9 great-grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.

Jean will be deeply missed by her sisters Myrtle (the late Vernon Villars), Hazel (the late Pie Lascelle), and brothers Joe (Babs), Norman (Diane), and sister-in-law Joan (Lloyd) Skeith.

Jean is predeceased by her beloved daughter Jennifer Chartrand; husband Norman; sisters Marion Toupin and Joan Pilon; brothers Charles and Donald; and parents Charles and Rena Smith.

At Jean’s request, there will be no formal funeral. A private family service will take place.
