It is with great sadness we announce the passing of Jim Maxwell, who died peacefully surrounded by his family on November 17th, at the age of 70 years. He is dearly missed by his wife Warna Maxwell of 41 years; daughter Jenn Hodgson; son Jimmy (Tashya) Maxwell; grandchildren Ethan, Brooklyn, Mara, Ewan, and Xander; brother Dave (Sue) Maxwell; Neices, Nephews their spouses and children.

While we are grateful to many; our special thanks go to the wonderful staff at the Mazankowski Alberta Heart Institute for their exemplary care and compassion over the past several weeks.

A Visitation will be held in Edmonton between 5:00pm and 9:00pm on Friday, December 2, 2016 at the SOUTH SIDE MEMORIAL CHAPEL (8310 – 104 Street, Edmonton).

A Memorial and Masonic Service will be held at 3:30pm on Saturday, December 3, 2016 at SOUTHMINISTER – STEINHAUER UNITED CHURCH (10740 – 19 Avenue, Edmonton).

A Secondary Viewing will be held in Lethbridge, Alberta between 5:00pm and 9:00pm on Sunday, December 4, 2016 at MARTIN BROTHERS RIVERVIEW CHAPEL (610 – 4 Street, South, Lethbridge)

A Graveside Service will be held at 11:00am on Monday, December 5, 2016 at the MOUNTAIN VIEW CEMETERY (1210 Scenic Drive South, Lethbridge).
