James "Jim" Schlacter

September 13, 1951 — September 15, 2024

Mr. James (Jim) Glen Randall Schlacter of Lethbridge passed away at St. Michael’s Health Centre on Sunday, September 15, 2024, at the age of 73 years. He is survived by his daughters, Chrissy Lee Martel of Nanaimo, BC and Kimry Dawn Schlacter (Thurstan) of London, UK, and four grandchildren: Lucian Martel and Legacy Martel of Nanaimo, BC, and Riley Hall-Williams and Kit Hall-Williams of London, UK. Jim was predeceased by his parents, Rose Wright and John Schlacter, and five siblings: Darlene Friessen, Ruby Shaw, Valerie Shaw, Merly Emerson and John Schlacter.

Funeral arrangements will be announced when completed. Donations in Jim’s memory can also be made to St. Michael’s Health Centre Palliative Care.
