Mr. Jacob “Jake” Blazek of Lethbridge County and beloved son of Verle and Corrine Blazek, died in his parent’s arms at home on Saturday, September 30, 2023 at the age of 27 years.
Jake will be laid to rest at 11:00am on Saturday, October 7, 2023 at the ROYAL VIEW CEMETERY, Lethbridge, Alberta.
