MR. GORDON LESTER INGRAHAM beloved husband of Gertrude Ingraham, passed away at the Chinook Regional Hospital on Tuesday, April 16, 2013 at the age of 83 years.
Gordon is survived by his wife of 48 years Gertrude, his daughter Kathy Cayenne (Jay) and his son Tim; four grandsons Jeff, Jordan, Matthew Cayenne and Rick Murray; his sister Lillian Specht (Rudy) and Jessie Johnston. He was predeceased by his parents Roy Ingraham and Dolena Buchanan Ingraham; his brothers Edgar, James, and Donald; his sisters Inez, Ruth, and Annie.
Gordon was born in Sydney, Nova Scotia on February 11, 1930. He served 25 years in the Royal Canadian Navy ranked a Sargent and was honorably discharged. He worked for Empress Foods as an engineer until 1986 and spent the remainder of his retirement years in Lethbridge.
A Memorial Service will be held at 2:00pm on Monday, April 22, 2013 at MARTIN BROTHERS RIVERVIEW CHAPEL | 610 - 4th Street South, Lethbridge. Interment to follow at the Mountain View Cemetery.
