MARY BERNICE HORTON of Lethbridge passed away at Extendicare on Sunday November 22, 2009 at the age of 80 years.
Born in New Dayton on July 8, 1929, Mary was the second youngest of six children born to Allen and Ina Horton. She is survived by her sister Ruth Steiner and Ruth's children; Dan Boguski, and Bev Boguski (Terry Leong), along with her sister Clara's children.
Mary was predeceased by her parents Allen and Ina Horton, three brothers; George, Joe and Gordon, and her sister Clara.
Mary was also loved and cared for by Extendicare for the past 9 years. The family is truly thankful for all the love and care shown to Mary.
A Graveside Service will be held at 1:00 pm on Wednesday, November 25, 2009 at MOUNTAIN VIEW CEMETERY, Scenic Drive South, Lethbridge with Reverend Erin Phillips, officiating.
A Memorial Service will be held at 2:00 pm on Wednesday, November 25, 2009 at LETHBRIDGE EXTENDICARE, 1821 - 13th Street North, Lethbridge, Alberta with Reverend Erin Phillips, officiating.
Those who wish, memorial donations may be made to the Lethbridge Humane Society, Box 783, Lethbridge, Alberta T1J 3Z6.
