MRS. IRENE HOLTORF of Lethbridge, passed away peacefully at the Edith Cavell Centre on Sunday August 9, 2009 at the age of 84 years.
Irene lived her life to the fullest with her husband Jesse, and an empty spot remained in her life after his death. Irene was a wonderful mother and grandmother who delighted in her children and grandkids. She was known for her cooking and baking. She was a great friend who loved company; her door was always open to her friends.
Irene will be missed by her daughter Vesta (Glenn) Viney and grandchildren Jared, Taylor and Ciana, and son Jesse (Denise) Holtorf.
Irene will be remembered in a private ceremony by her family.
