Henry Sherman

MR. HENRY SHERMAN, born October 22, 1924, passed away April 3, 2008. He is survived by his brother Andy (Ada) and sister Dorothy Lange of Claresholm as well as many nieces and nephews. Henry was predeceased by sisters Marie White, Hilda Liptak; three brothers Herman, Albert and Ben.

Henry worked 16 years for the gas company and later bought land in Nobleford area and farmed until his retirement. He has lived the last four years at Columbia Assisted Living in Lethbridge. Special care givers for him over the last months were his niece Audrey (Daryl) Karl and nephew Jack Sherman. Always a bright spot in his life were grand nieces Laura and Amy.

A Grateful thanks to Dr. Terry Longair and Dr. Ernie Janzen and the nurses at Chinook Hospital in the I.C. Unit who were very kind and caring to him.

A Funeral Service will be held at 3:00 P.M. on Monday, April 7, 2008 at MARTIN BROS. RIVERVIEW CHAPEL, 610-4th St. S., Lethbridge, with Reverend Frank Lewis, officiating.
