Hazel Inglis

Mrs. Hazel Inglis of Lethbridge, beloved wife of the late Mr. Leslie John Inglis passed away peacefully at the Chinook Regional Hospital, on Monday, June 14, 2021, at the age of 97 years.

Mom was born in Bear River, Nova Scotia on February 3, 1924 to Hilda and Archibald Milbury. Mom worked several jobs including with the Navy and Police, as well as counselling at the jail. Hazel loved to read and play shuffleboard. She was a member of Army Navy Air Force of Lethbridge and was also known as a “Huggable Hazel”. She always had a wonderful smile and will be missed by too many people to name.

Hazel is survived by 2 daughters Deborah (Wilf) Kobe and Marilyn Inglis; brother Gerry (Kamal) Davis; 3 sisters and 4 brothers.

Besides her loving husband Leslie, Hazel was predeceased by her parents Hilda and Archibald Milbury; 5 sisters and 3 brothers.

Cremation has been entrusted to Martin Brothers Funeral Chapels. A celebration of life will be held at a later date.
