Harriet Elfring

MRS. HARRIET RACHEL ELFRING of Coaldale, beloved wife of Mr. Jake Elfring, passed away after a lengthy illness on Sunday, August 23, 2009 at the age of 57 years.

Harriet was born on June 23, 1952 in Magrath, Alberta. She was the daughter of Harry and Janet Taylor. She spent her childhood and attended school in Fort Macleod. Harriet has been employed by the Bank of Nova Scotia for the past 20 years at the main branch in Lethbridge and in Coaldale, Alberta.

Besides her loving husband Jake, Harriet is survived by her daughter Kerby (Travis) Salberg of Coaldale, her sister Janet (Casey) Gouw of Taber, as well as numerous brothers and sisters in-law, nieces, nephews and their families.

Harriet was predeceased by her parents Harry and Janet Taylor.

A Memorial Service will be held at 11:00 AM on Thursday, August 27, 2009 at Coaldale United Church, 2022 18 Street, Coaldale, Alberta with Reverend Bob Wallace officiating.
