Patricia Hamilton (nee Moser) April 1, 1946 ~ April 1, 2013

Patricia Jean Hamilton (nee Moser) passed away peacefully on her 67th birthday surrounded by her family.

Pat is survived by her daughter Dawn (Guy) Lapointe; grandsons Daniel, Tanner and Nate; eight siblings Maurice (Anne) Moser, Marvin (Jeanette) Moser, Marlene Tarnoczi, Paulette Park, Marie McNeill (Ed), Linda Wiebe (Dale), Carol (Rod) Wesley and Ron (Mona) Moser; as well as numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and their family and special friends Eunice and Ev.

Pat was born in Lethbridge on April 1, 1946. She worked at the Chinook Regional Hospital for 28 years in Dietary and retired at age 59 and loved every minute she could spend with ""her boys"". Being a Gramma was her greatest accomplishment, from tying Nate's hockey skates to driving Tanner to vocal lessons or getting Daniel to work she was always there for them. Family was everything to Pat and she spent her life caring for them.

The family would like to extend a special thank you to Dr. Oviatt, 4A-4B at the CRH and the amazing team at St. Michael's Palliative Care.

A Memorial Service will be held 2:00 pm on Saturday, April 20, 2013 at the ROYAL CANADIAN LEGEION, 324 Mayor Magrath Dr. South, Lethbridge.
