Gladys Christianson

MRS. GLADYS CHRISTIANSON of Lethbridge, beloved wife of the late Mr. Les Christianson, passed away at the Chinook Regional Hospital on Tuesday, November 24, 2009 at the age of 93 years.

Gladys is survived by her daughter, Vivian Littler, her son Glenn (Cathy) Christianson, and her daughter-in-law Pearl Christianson, along with many grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and one great-great grandchild. She is also survived by her sister Betty (Ernie) Housley, and her sister-in-law Marge Charles.

Gladys and Les spent many years farming in the Foremost area, retiring to Lethbridge in 1981.

The family wishes to thank Dr. Strank for his compassion and care over the years, the staff of the 3rd Floor Surgical Unit at the Chinook Regional Hospital for their care during Gladys' final days, and the staff of St. Therese Villa, where she spent the last years of her life.

A Graveside Service will be held at 1:00 pm on Thursday, November 26, 2009 at ARCHMOUNT CEMETERY, Westside Drive, Lethbridge, Alberta.
