Frank Gejdos

1935 ~ 2018

Mr. Frank Gejdos, of Foremost, Alberta passed away in Bow Island on Sunday, November 11, 2018 at the age of 83 years.

Frank was born in the Foremost area on August 17, 1935 on the family farm at Legend, where he became a long- time farmer. He knew many people in the area and enjoyed his many afternoon coffee sessions with his friends. He was a member of the Lethbridge Flying Club, and in his earlier years enjoyed flying his own airplane.

Frank had a great sense of humor, and always had a big smile for all those that he met. He had a great love and appreciation for all of his nieces and nephews.

Frank is survived by his brother Allan (Kay) Gejdos.

He was pre-deceased by his sisters; Helen, Toni and Cathy, and brothers; Rudy, John, and Adam.

The family would like to thank the Medicine Hat and Bow Island Hospital staff, nurses and Doctors for their kind care. Many thanks to cousins Gord, Sandra, and Blair, and his special friends Leonard and Tim. They were always there for him.

Vigil Rites will be held at 6:00 PM, on Friday, November 23, 2018 at MARTIN BROTHERS RIVERVIEW CHAPEL, 610 – 4 STREET SOUTH, Lethbridge, AB.

A Funeral Mass will be held at 1:00 PM on Saturday, November 24, 2018 at OUR LADY OF PERPETUAL HELP CATHOLIC CHURCH 205 – 2nd Street West, Foremost, AB, Father Raul Hernandez celebrant.
