(Patricia) Gayle Kolibar of Lethbridge, passed away peacefully under palliative care at Chinook Regional Hospital on Friday, September 25, 2026 at the age of 73 years.
She is survived by her loving husband Alvin, their daughter Melissa, and grandchildren Mady, Reston, Morgan and Rylan. Gayle will be deeply missed and forever loved by them as well as many other family members and close friends.
Gayle’s family would like to thank any nurses, doctors and staff at Chinook Regional hospital that supported her on her journey over the past 15 months.
In lieu of flowers and for those who wish, memorial donations may be made to The Alzheimer’s Society of Southern Alberta or The Cardiac Centre of Excellence at Chinook Regional Hospital
A Memorial Service will be held at 1:00 pm, on Saturday, October 3, 2026, at MARTIN BROTHERS RIVERVIEW CHAPEL, 610-4 Street South, Lethbridge, Alberta.
