Frank Vaclav

MR. FRANK VACLAV of Lethbridge, beloved husband of Mrs. Albina Vaclav, passed away at the Chinook Regional Hospital on Tuesday, April 19, 2011 at the age of 82 years.

Frank was born in Kuchyna, Czechoslovakia on April 28, 1928 to Valentine and Maria Vaclav.

Franks biggest passion in life was the family farm. He loved his animals and all the aspects of farming. In the winters, he loved his ice fishing with all friends and neighbors. He retired from the family farm in 1991 and moved to Lethbridge, where he resided until his passing. He was a very compassionate, loving, and encouraging person. He enjoyed spending lots of time with his family and his grandkids. He will be deeply missed by all.

Frank is the loving father of son Frank and daughter Debbie (Dion) Roth of Coaldale and proud grandfather of Kali and Riley Roth. He is also survived by his only sister Angela (Bill) Randa of Lethbridge, as well as numerous in-laws, nieces and nephews.

Frank was predeceased by his parents Valentine and Maria Vaclav.

Family and friends are invited to pay their respects between 12:00pm and 1:00pm on Tuesday, April 26, 2011. A Funeral Service will follow at 1:00pm on Tuesday, April 26, 2011, at the MARTIN BROTHERS RIVERVIEW CHAPEL, 610 - 4 Street South, Lethbridge, Alberta. Interment will follow in the Mountain View Cemetery.
