Frank Baert

Frank Cyril Baert passed away suddenly at home in Lethbridge, on the morning of November 2, 2022 at the age of 70.

Frank thoroughly enjoyed following the Lethbridge Hurricanes, whether it was at home, or on the road. Frank lived the final years of his retirement enjoying family, friends, watering his grass and flower beds, and fine tuning his golf game with his golf buddies.

Frank is survived by his wife, Jeannette; his children and grandchildren, Mark (Lyn) Baert and their children, Jameson, Devin, Evan and Erika; Chantal (Ty) Gaebel and their children, Rylee, Brody, Dane and Nixon; Shawn (Katrina) Lavoie and his stepson Braxton O’Grady; Kelly (Marilyn) Lavoie and their children Mason and Jack. His mother Rita Baert; his siblings Maurice (Sheila) Baert; Brenda (John) Carr and their children Owen (Shelby) and Chase (Dana) Carr and their daughter Cecelia. Sister-in-law Wyn Baert and her children Ken (Noelia) Baert and their children Dani, Bryce and Briar and Doug (Kristy)Baert and their daughter Devry. 

Frank was predeceased by his dad, Archie Baert and two brothers, Gerry Baert and Ron Baert.

A Visitation will be held at 12:00 PM, on, Wednesday, November 9, 2022, at MARTIN BROTHERS WATERTON SUITE, 610-4 Street South, Lethbridge, Alberta.

A Funeral Service will be held at 1:00 PM, on Wednesday, November 9, 2022, at MARTIN BROTHERS RIVERVIEW CHAPEL, 610-4 Street South, Lethbridge, Alberta. Interment will be held at Royal View Cemetery.
