Francis Joseph Penney 1934 ~ 2014 Mr. Francis Joseph Penney, beloved husband of Merle Penney, passed away after a lengthy illness in Lethbridge on Friday, July, 18, 2014 at the age of 80 years. Francis was born on June 12, 1934 to George and Marguerite Penney in Morley Township - Rainy River District, Ontario. He is survived by his four children Debbie, Wayne, Denise and Darlene. Five grandchildren, and four great grandchildren. Cremation took place at Martin Brothers Chapel of Peace. A private family service has been held.
