Kathleen Jane Faulhaber of Milk River, beloved wife of Mr. Allen Faulhaber, passed away suddenly after a short illness at Raymond, Alberta on January 19, 2025 at the age of 72 years.

Kathy was born in Raymond, the daughter of Marcel and Helsby Aneca. She received her schooling there and after graduation she moved down east. She was an adventurer and lived in various places all over Canada. After moving back west, she met Allen in 1990 and they married in 1991. They celebrated their 33rd anniversary last fall.

Kathy excelled at various office management positions and prior to her passing, she worked full time at Cole International, a brokerage firm at the Coutts border. Kathy had a talent for decorating. She loved nothing better than combing garage sales, buying antique furniture and various other items and turning her home into something beautiful, looking like a designer had been involved. She was an avid gardener and used her artistic ability to create her beautiful flower and plant arrangements.

Kathys favorite times were when her daughter and three grandsons came home. She loved nothing more than to make dinner and always joked that she never had leftovers as they always went north.

Besides her loving husband, Allen B. Faulhaber, Kathy is survived by daughter Lisa M. Hubley; grandchildren Austen Hubley, Gavin Fisher, and Colton Fisher; sisters Linda Johnson, Joy Bourne, and Judy Zobell; brothers Jim Aneca, Dick Aneca, and Morris Aneca; four stepsons Travis Faulhaber, Jerome Faulhaber, Brad Faulhaber, and Chris Faulhaber; as well as numerous nieces, nephews, and their families.

Kathleen was predeceased by her parents, Marcel and Helsby Aneca; and her brother Bobbie Aneca.

As per Kathy’s wishes, no service will be held. Kathy will be missed and loved by all.
