Erin Ross

1981 ~ 2014

Mrs. Erin Ross of Lethbridge, beloved wife of Mr. Christopher Ross & mother to Liam, passed away peacefully with family by her side on November 8, 2014 at the age of 33 years. Erin will be remembered as a private, loving, caring, outspoken, opinionated woman who was never afraid to tell you what she thought or felt. Fiercely protective and caring of her family, she never hesitated to put them before herself. She was appreciated and respected by her peers, and cherished, loved and adored by her family and friends. Erin was a stubborn fighter who had the strength, courage and wisdom to know when it was time to stop fighting. She looked forward to hosting Iron Chef Nights once a month with friends, which paired nicely with her love of baking and exploring of new recipes. Erin was an avid reader, often to be found reading the ""Hunger Games"" or ""Anne of Green Gables"". She loved to go camping with her family, most frequently visiting Beauvais Lake. On family vacations, she maintained a firm grasp on all aspects of the trip, including everyone's documents. She was a straight shooter; you were never left guessing how she felt or thought about a situation, but she delivered her thoughts with kindness. When the news came that she was ill, it impacted the hearts of so many. Knowing that her cancer was terminal, her main focus was the wellbeing of Liam & Christopher. She was a devoted wife and mother, and Liam was her whole world. Erin is survived by her husband of 11 years, Christopher; her 5 year old son, Liam. She also leaves behind so many of her beloved family & friends. A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.
