The family of Elroy Nieboer is deeply saddened to announce his passing on September 6, 2026, at the age of 81 years. Our beloved husband, father, grandfather, passed peacefully surrounded by loved ones. While we grieve the loss of Elroy here on Earth, we are comforted knowing he went home to be with his Heavenly Father.
He will be lovingly remembered by his wife Nellie of 58 years; children Karen (James), Eleanor (Dan), Aaron and Chelsea (Brian); grandchildren Brett (Adriana; Cayleigh, Daxtyn, Eastyn, Flynn), Allison (Scott; Aria, Xaden), Lance (Izzy) and Jude.
A Celebration of Life will be held at 1:00 PM on Friday, September 18, 2026, at UNIVERSITY DRIVE ALLIANCE CHURCH, 55 Columbia Blvd W, Lethbridge, Alberta.
The family wishes to send a special thank you to the medical staff at Chinook Regional Hospital, Foothills Medical Centre and STARS for their care and compassion.
