Elizabeth Hocking

Passed away peacefully and suddenly on November 28, 2007, MRS. ELIZABETH HOCKING at the age of 95 years, of Lethbridge beloved wife of the late Jack Hocking.

Elizabeth was born in Lethbridge on March 11, 1912. On November 11, 1931 Elizabeth married Jack Hocking. They then moved to Magrath where they farmed for many years. She was very active in the United Church Ladies Aide.

Elizabeth is survived by her daughter Irene Simons; grandchildren Janet Ulinger, Nancy Bone; great-grandchildren Connor and Cameron Martin, Mikayla and Madison Bone, as well as numerous nieces and nephews.

Besides her loving husband Jack, Elizabeth is predeceased by her son Johnie Hocking; sister Jessie Leslie; brothers David and Albert Holmes.
A Graveside Service will be held at 2PM on Saturday, December 1, 2007 at MOUNTAIN VIEW CEMETERY, 11 Ave and Scenic Dr. S.
