Eliza "Rusty" Spoulos

ELIZA ""RUSTY"" SPOULOS, beloved mother and grandmother, passed away suddenly on May 11, 2012 at the age of 83.

Rusty will be lovingly remembered by her daughter Cathy (Chris) Flexhaug and family, her son Doug (Bev) Spoulos and family, along with Joanne Hartigan and Vaughan (Darla) Hartigan and family, whom she considered her own children.

Besides her children, Rusty is survived by her sister Margaret Nelson, brother Dick (Irene) Pirie, sister Glenna Wood and sister-in-law Pat Pirie along with numerous nieces, nephews and their families.

Rusty was predeceased by her son Chris Spoulos, parents George and Minnie Pirie, her sister and brother-in-law Barb and Ken Dore, brother Bob Pirie and brother-in-laws Morris Van Sandt, Bob Nelson and Russ Wood.

Friends were very important to Rusty and she considered everyone she met a good friend. She enjoyed being involved with her bridge group and many social events. She was a very loving mother and extremely proud of her children's accomplishments. But above all things, Rusty's grandchildren, Jamie (Jordan), Jarrod, Jordan, Nick, Carly, Carissa, Julia and Ella gave her the greatest joy.

Family and friends are invited to pay their respects between 7 PM and 8 PM, on Wednesday, May 16, 2012 at MARTIN BROTHERS RIVERVIEW CHAPEL, 610 - 4 Street South, Lethbridge.

A Funeral Service will be held at 1:30 PM on Thursday, May 17, 2012 at ST. AUGUSTINE'S ANGLICAN CHURCH, 411 - 11 Street South, Lethbridge.

In lieu of flowers, those who wish, memorial donations may be made to the St. Augustine's Memorial Fund.
