Eldon Westling

Mr. Eldon Westling of Lethbridge, beloved husband of the late Mrs. Verna Westling, passed away at Fairmont Extendicare on Thursday, December 8, 2016 at the age of 92 years.

Eldon was employed by MCGavins Bakery for 35 years in Cranbrook, B.C. and Lethbridge before retiring in 1984.He was an avid bowler and golver, and volunteered for several organizations.

Eldon is survived by his 3 sons Ron (Lillian) Westling, Murray (Gale) Westling, and Greg (Monica) Westling; 2 daughters Sandra Hunt and Janyce Sudo; 17 grandchildren; 21 great-grandchildren; and 1 great-great-grandchild.

Besides his loving wife Verna, Eldon was predeceased by his parents Frank and Neta; his son David; son-in-law Don Hunt; 3 brothers; and 1 sister.

A Memorial Service will be held at 11:00am on Monday, December 12, 2016 at MCKILLOP UNITED CHURCH, 2329 15 Ave S, Lethbridge, AB, with Reverend Trevor Potter officiating.

A Private Family Interment to follow in the Archmount Cemetery.
