Mr. Edwin “Ed” Christiansen of Lethbridge, beloved husband of Mrs. Gabrielle Christiansen, passed away peacefully in his sleep on Tuesday, June 14, 2022 at the age of 96 years.
Edwin is survived by his wife Gabrielle Christiansen; daughters Donna and Sharon and stepchildren Brigitte, Alex and Tanya. He also leaves behind many grandchildren and numerous great-grandchildren.
Edwin was born in Cardston, Alberta and grew up in Waterton Park. In his youth he enjoyed
spending time with his grandparents in Lethbridge, Alberta. He spent much of his career working around the B.C. area, in the outdoors. He retired from Ocean and Fisheries Canada in Kitimat, B.C. He spent most of his retirement in Pincher Creek, Alberta until 3 years ago when he moved to Lethbridge.
Cremation has been entrusted to Martin Brothers Funeral Chapels. Service details will be announced at a later date.
