Edna Henderson

MRS. EDNA HENDERSON of Lethbridge, beloved wife of the late Mr. Harvey Henderson, passed away on Monday, July 16, 2007 at the age of 88 years.

Edna came with her husband from Saskatchewan in 1970. She worked at the Edith Cavell Nursing Home until she retired in 1985 to care for her husband who passed away the same year. She will be greatly missed by finely together with her husband again who she missed so dearly.

Edna is survived by her daughter Eileen Henderson; granddaughters Julie (David) Moyer, Kymmberly Henderson and Robin Tetro; great-grandchildren Shandi (Shane), Mandi, Wade, Scott and Justin; as well as great-great-granddaughter Shala'la; brother Wesly (Orise) Davis and brother-in-law Ben Cohoe. Besides her beloved husband Harvey, Edna was predeceased by her parents William and Jane Davis, son Sidney Henderson, 1 brother and 3 sisters.

A gravesides service will be held at 10:00AM on Friday, July 20, 2007 at the Mountain View Cemetery, 1210 Scenic Dr. South, Lethbridge, with Reverend Terry Shillington officiating.

In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made to a charity of one's choice.
