Doug Barrows

DOUG BARROWS 1970 ~ 2014 Doug Barrows of Etzikom, passed suddenly on April 15, 2014 at the age of 43. Doug worked for the County of Forty Mile as a HD mechanic. He was an avid fisherman, and loved to camp, hunt birds, and took great joy in riding his Harley. He also made fly fishing rods and tied flies in his spare time. He enjoyed spending time with his family and friends. Doug is survived by his parents Sandra and Madison Barrows; his sister Marcy Cote (Nathan) and their children Lyle, Robin and Courtney; grandparents Ralph and Doreen Lee, and numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins A Memorial Service will be held at 2:00pm on Wednesday, April 23, 2014 at the ETZIKOM COMMUNITY HALL, Etzikom, Alberta, with Reverend George Mills, officiating In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Etzikom Museum, PO Box 585, Etzikom, AB T0K 0W0.
