DORIS GRACE McLEAN, beloved wife of the late James E. McLean passed away peacefully at the St. Michael's Health Center on March 20, 2010 at the age of 89 years.
Doris was born and raised in Lethbridge. She married James E. McLean in 1949 and they enjoyed many happy years together until he passed away in 1996. She is a lifetime member of the Royal Canadian Legion and past president of the Ladies Auxiliary.
Doris will be sadly missed by sons and daughters; Gail (Gerald) Sarka, grandsons Edward and Jordan; Jim (Linda Selinger) McLean, grandchildren Michael (Laura) and Jenny; Bonnie (Ken) Boychuk; Brenda (Tom) Watt, grandsons Charles and Brendan; Noelle (Jim) Malcomson, granddaughters Kristy (Damion) and Misty and great grandchildren Jordan and Austin; Art (Sandy Flak) McLean, grandson; Art Chillson (Sheryl) and Lorie (Archie) Miyauchi, grandchildren Kristin and Brent.
She was predeceased by her husband James E.McLean and parents, Arthur and Alice Seager, and sister Emily Hutchinson.
A Funeral Service will be held at 1:00 pm on Friday, March 26, 2010 at MARTIN BROS. RIVERVIEW CHAPEL, 610 4th Street South, Lethbridge with interment to follow at Mountain View Cemetery.
