Doreen Kemp

April 25, 1938 ~ April 27, 2010

Beloved wife of Robert Kemp, mother of Dawn (Steve) King and Deborah (Al) Heinonen; grandmother to Mariah King; sibling to Lenard (Denise) Fleming, Shirley (Ted) Nichols, Jack (Marilyn) Fleming, Ron (Shirley) Fleming, Diane (Larry) Hamilton, and Brian (Donna) Fleming.

Doreen passed away peacefully, her husband at her side, at the Edith Cavell Care Centre at the age of 72 years, following a courageous battle with ALS. Her happiest moment were enjoying her garden and being with her family. She will be forever in our hearts.

Thanks to the caring staff at Extendicare and Edith Cavell and a special thank-you to Dr. Leam and Dr. Milan.

A Celebration of Doreen's Life will be held at 1:30PM, on Monday, May 3, 2010 at the RIVER RIDGE LODGE, 100 - 2 Ave South, Lethbridge, Alberta.
