Don McWilliams

MR. DON McWILLIAMS of Lethbridge, beloved husband of Mrs. Diana McWilliams, passed away peacefully at the Chinook Regional Hospital on Sunday, February 28, 2010 at the age of 63 years.

Don was a strong, brave man who never stopped fighting against cancer. Throughout his journey he held on to hope, his sense of humour, and his passion for living.

Don was born on June 11, 1946, son to Doreen and the late Doug McWilliams. One of Don's greatest passions was cell phones. He worked for Rogers Wireless, managing two stores locally. He was a passionate, caring man who would have done anything for anyone. Those who had the privilege and honour of knowing him cherished his witty sense of humour.

Don is survived by his wife Diana, mother Doreen, children Kevin (Paige), Kari and Krista (Mike), brothers Ian and Bruce, 6 grandchildren and two great-grandchildren. He was predeceased by his father Doug McWilliams.

A Memorial for Don will be held at 1:00 pm on Friday, March 5, 2010 at MARTIN BROS. RIVERVIEW CHAPEL, 610 4th Street South, Lethbridge.
