BRIAN DAVID CHOLLACK, of Lethbridge, beloved husband of Jane Nygaard, passed away peacefully at Chinook Regional Hospital on Saturday, June 2, 2012 at the age of 64 years.

Brian was born in Vulcan, AB on June 7, 1947 to Joe and Betty Chollack. He was the youngest of their three children. He spent the first four years in Lomond and in 1951 the family moved to Lethbridge where Brian attended Westminster, Wilson Junior High and Churchill High Schools. Early in his adult years he found his lifelong passion - Harley Davidson Motorcycles. Riding became Brian's greatest love.

He tried his hand at various jobs and eventually became head custodian at Gilbert Paterson Middle School where he was employed until his tragic bike accident in November 2005. His family has always believed that had it not been for Dr. Ali Zentner and his true love and soul mate - his wife Jane - he would not have survived this difficult time in his life. Although his lungs were severely injured in the accident, Brian remained the same kind hearted, jovial, stubborn, warm and friendly person he always was.

Besides his loving wife Jane, Brian is survived by Jane's sons Josh and Kyle; his sister Jo (Bob) Snowden; his brother Richard (Doreen); as well as numerous nieces, nephews and their families. Brian was predeceased by his parents Joe and Betty Chollack.

Family and friends are invited to a Celebration of Brian's Life from 1:00 to 4:00pm on Friday, June 15, 2012 at THE ROYAL CANADIAN LEGION BRANCH #4, 324 Mayor Magrath Dr. South, Lethbridge.
