Catherine Miller

CATHERINE (KAY) ELIZABETH JANE MILLER of Lethbridge, beloved wife of the late Alexander Miller and mother to Sandra, passed away peacefully on July 7, 2007 at the age of 92 years.

Kay was born in Winnipeg, Manitoba and moved to Lethbridge following her husband's death in 1986 to be with her daughter Sandra and be close to her only brother, the late Reverend Robert (Bob) Elliott and his family.

A devoted wife and mother, she dearly loved her immediate and extended family. Always a loyal Manitoban, she loved living in Lethbridge and the friendships she established. Kay loved to knit and local Charities received many of her ""original"" afghans and sweaters.

Kay is survived by her loving daughter Sandra; nephews Dr Leroy Miller of Chula Vista City, Donald Miller of Castelgar, BC, Garth (Angela) Miller, Dan Nicholson of Winnipeg, and Daryl (Inga) Elliott of Edmonton; nieces Carol (Kenn) Blom of Lethbridge, Stacey Cannon of Surrey, BC, and their families.

Special thanks to Dr Musk, the staff of Lethbridge Regional Hospital, Emergency and ward 4B and 4C, and Lethbridge Home Care for their care and kindness.

A private family service will be held at a later date.
