Betsy Hillard

BETSY-ANN HILIARD (Tilburt) passed away peacefully on November 25, 2011 in the Chinook Regional Hospital in Lethbridge at the age of 83 years.
Betsy-Ann was born on August 10, 1928 near Okla Saskatchewan, the daughter of William and Emily (nee Wilson) Tilburt. She was also raised and educated in the Okla area.

Betsy enjoyed doing crafts, particularly knitting and quilting. Everyone in the family has at least one of her hand-made quilts.

She was predeceased by her parents William and Emily Tilburt and her brother Robert Tilbert. She leaves to mourn her passing and cherish her memory her children John (Shirley) Alberts of Vanscoy, SK, Garnet Alberts of Calgary, Rod (Gail) Alberts of Belle Plain, SK and Les (Lyudmyla) Alberts of Calgary; her sisters Eileen (William) MacMillan, Edith Boen, Laura Scheller, Bernice (Leonard) Langdon and her brother Emerson (Johanna) Tilbert.

There will be a Graveside Service held at 11:00am on Thursday, December 1, 2011 at the Eden Brook Memorial Gardens Cemetery, Calgary Alberta.
